Our aim is to be responsible for school leavers who will have a great deal to contribute both in the workplace and the wider community. In part, we will achieve this as the result of our chosen specialism in Business and Enterprise. We will give students a unique insight into the world of work by allowing them to experience being productive as part of a team, using innovative teaching techniques. They will learn about leadership and develop both the mental and physical strength required to face and overcome work-related challenges. With our support, they will continually grow in confidence and play their part in building a spirit of enterprise and self-reliance. |
